You will be responsible for broadly promoting strategies to improve the customer experience, leveraging Rakuten Group's abundant data, membership base, and powerful ecosystem to the fullest extent, while involving stakeholders both inside and outside the organization. Position Details We are seeking someone to be responsible for planning and executing CRM strategies aimed at nurturing existing customers. You will effectively utilize Rakuten's unique incentives (such as points and coupons) to contribute to customer activation, loyalty improvement, and sales expansion. Specific Responsibilities - CRM Strategy Planning and Execution: Design optimal approaches for each customer segment by utilizing RFM analysis, demographic data, purchase history, and more. - Campaign Planning and Effectiveness Verification: Plan and execute CRM strategies for large-scale events such as Rakuten Super Sales, Shopping Marathon, and Fashion the Sale, and continuously improve through KPI analysis and reporting. - Continuous Improvement of Measures Using MA/CRM Tools: Based on effectiveness measurements, optimize measures through scenario design, linked data definition, and effectiveness verification. - Improving Frequency Using the App: Plan and implement measures to promote app usage and increase customer engagement. - Planning and Proposing Other Initiatives to Improve Customer Experience: Consider new initiatives that lead to the growth of existing customers and sales expansion, and be responsible for execution. Mandatory Qualifications: - Experience implementing CRM measures in a B2C service (e-commerce business experience preferred). - Experience with various customer analyses such as RFM. - Experience implementing measures aimed at F2 conversion and churn prevention. - Experience identifying issues on your own and proposing and implementing solutions. - A deep interest in customers. Desired Qualifications: - Operational experience using MA and CRM tools (scenario design, linked data definition, effectiveness verification). - Understanding of basic data structures (tables and columns). - Data output skills using SQL. - Experience in campaign promotion planning. - Work experience in the e-commerce or fashion industry. - Project management experience.
