Zakres zadań: Realizacja wyznaczonych celów sprzedażowych; Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów oraz identyfikowanie i wykorzystywanie możliwości sprzedażowych; Prowadzenie całego procesu sprzedaży – od pierwszego kontaktu z klientem, poprzez analizę potrzeb, przygotowanie oferty, negocjacje, aż po podpisanie kontraktu, Tworzenie ofert techniczno-handlowych dopasowanych do potrzeb klienta oraz specyfiki projektu inwestycyjnego, Budowanie i utrzymywanie długoterminowych relacji biznesowych z klientami (deweloperzy, inwestorzy, generalni wykonawcy, biura projektowe), Monitorowanie rynku inwestycji budowlanych Współpraca z działem technicznym, ofertowania i montażu w celu zapewnienia najwyższej jakości obsługi klienta oraz realizacji kontraktów zgodnie z harmonogramem, Prowadzenie dokumentacji sprzedażowej, raportowanie wyników oraz aktywności sprzedażowej w systemach CRM, Dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek firmy i promowanie jej produktów i usług w kontaktach z klientami oraz partnerami biznesowymi.
