Job Description: Department Overview This section is responsible for accounting operations for the advertising and marketing division of Rakuten Group, Inc. Its main duties include sales management, invoice issuance, payment confirmation, and payment management related to advertising sales, as well as business improvement and reorganization. It is a stimulating environment that requires constant updates on the advertising industry and understanding of new services. This section is required to respond quickly to new service launches, accounting flow improvements (including system implementation), and other accounting issues that arise from time to time. Position: Position Details Job Overview - Operational work for various accounting processes - Business improvement (BPR, Salesforce development, automation using RPA, etc.) - Business organization (design of business and operations according to policy) - Establishment of rules linked to various accounting processes Stakeholders - Advertising-related departments within the Rakuten Group - On-site staff of individual group companies (advertising-related) Work procedure/scope of responsibility - Initially, you will learn on-site operations (accounting processes) while tackling issues that have become apparent - While running on-site operations, you will discover issues and latent issues, consult with your superiors, and proceed with your work Mandatory Qualifications: - Those who have a proactive attitude toward work - Those who can think and communicate logically - Experience in constructing workflows and introducing systems Desired Qualifications: - Experience in management accounting and budget management - Accounting knowledge equivalent to Level 2 Bookkeeping Certification - Work experience in an accounting-related department or purchasing-related department - Someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced, flexible work environment and can think about and act on what the best output is at any given time - Someone who likes to take on challenges - Experience working in the advertising industry or a similar field 　 Others Information: Additional information on Location Futako Tamagawa Rise Office 2-21-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo Additional information on English Qualification TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)   Proof of eligibility is required by the timing of the offer letter.   If no evidence is available to prove the qualifications denoted above, taking an IP test, organized by our company, during selection process is required .   #corporate #OperationalImprovement #finance #accounting #commerce #RakutenAdvertising
