Job Description: Department Overview Auto Business Department is a new business unit launched in May 2019 in anticipation of the once-in-a-century revolution in the automotive industry, including MaaS and connected cars. The Auto Business Department operates Rakuten Car, a platform that covers the entire car lifecycle. Within that, it holds the leading position in the car inspection service industry. We will create new markets by leveraging Rakuten's assets such as car buying and selling, car inspection, parts purchasing, insurance, loans, memberships, and data, as well as partnerships with external parties. The Business Management team acts as a hub, interacting with various departments, including management, sales, marketing, corporate functions, and development. In this environment, by proactively engaging in tasks and continuously iterating through reflection, learning, and application, you can experience the entire process of problem-solving: from identifying issues, conducting multifaceted analysis from multiple perspectives, pinpointing root causes, developing solutions, designing and building PDCA cycles and management tools, executing and refining solutions, to embedding them within the organization. 　 Position Details The Business Management Group oversees a broad range of areas that form the organization's infrastructure, including business administration. Upon joining, you will be assigned a specific area of responsibility based on your aptitude. Furthermore, there will be opportunities to showcase your talents with a view towards team management.
