Job Description: Department Overview Our team is responsible for the following products in both domestic and overseas markets: - Internal business support systems for our e-commerce platform - Analytics systems for merchant sales - Performance estimation systems for new strategies - Accounting management systems and billing data 　 Position: Why We Hire In the future, we will execute a project to migrate our current SAP ECC6.0 to SAP S/4HANA by the end of 2027. After the service goes live, we aim to achieve maintenance and operations through in-house resources. Therefore, we would like you to join from the development phase on the project to understand the specifications of the new system. 　 Position Details We are looking for a skilled and experienced S/4HANA Basis Administrator to join our team. As an S/4HANA Basis Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our S/4HANA landscape, ensuring its stability, performance, security, and seamless integration with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, SAP BTP, and cloud-based SAP administration, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities - Manage S/4HANA system landscapes, including development, quality assurance, and production environments. - Install, configure, and maintain S/4HANA systems and components, including Fiori Launchpad, embedded analytics, and other S/4HANA-specific functionalities. - Apply SAP Support Packages, Feature Packs, and OSS notes to keep systems up-to-date and secure. - Manage user administration, authorizations, and security roles within the S/4HANA environment. - Perform system refreshes, copies, and migrations, including S/4HANA conversions. - Configure and manage connectivity between S/4HANA and SAP BTP services, such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Administer S/4HANA and SAP BTP environments deployed on cloud platforms. - Monitor S/4HANA system performance and identify areas for improvement, including HANA database performance. - Perform system tuning and optimization to enhance performance and stability. - Participate in S/4HANA implementation, upgrade, and migration projects. - Provide S/4HANA Basis expertise and support to project teams. - Develop and maintain S/4HANA Basis documentation. - Stay up to date on the latest S/4HANA Basis technologies, SAP BTP services, and cloud-based SAP administration best practices. - Identify and implement opportunities to improve S/4HANA Basis processes and procedures. 　 Mandatory Qualifications: - Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. - Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. - Experience with S/4HANA system installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Strong technical knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, SAP NetWeaver, and HANA database administration. - SAP S/4HANA System Administration certification. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Qualifications: - Experience with SAP BTP integration and administration. - Knowledge of ITIL framework. - Hands on experience in activating DR site as part of DR drills etc. Other Information: Additional information on English Qualification TOEIC Score 800 or above (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country). #engineer #productmanager #finance #accounting #director #projectmanager #commerce
