Job Description: Job Description :   Department Overview   Rakuten Mobile entered the market as the fourth MNO (Mobile Network Operator) to be approved first time in Japan in 13 years, launching full-scale services in April 2020 with the aim of providing high-quality mobile communication services at reasonable prices. By February 2025, the company had surpassed 8.5 million subscriptions and is experiencing rapid growth.     Rakuten Mobile began offering full-scale services to corporate clients in January 2023. With significant investment being made as a core business to drive the future growth of the Rakuten Group, it is attracting considerable attention both domestically and internationally.   Corporate Business Operation 1 Section, System Planning Group handles a wide range of tasks, from defining requirements for internal tools to implementing customer-facing services and addressing post-implementation bugs. Within this scope, testing plays a crucial role in ensuring product quality and is essential for the success of the corporate business.   Position:   Why We Hire   We are seeking a Test Design Member to take on crucial testing responsibilities and support the delivery of high-quality services. This role involves conducting swift and accurate testing of new features and improvements as they are released and identifying and resolving potential issues early on. You will have the opportunity to be involved in major projects that bring new services to the world.     <Test Design Responsibilities>   [Job Description]   ・ Test strategy development, test planning, test case design, test execution, test result analysis, and test reporting.   ・ Promotion of test automation.   ・ Test team management and member training.   ・ Collaboration and communication with development team.   ・ Researching and evaluating the latest testing technologies for potential adoption.     <Working Environment>   We have a fresh and vibrant environment with many young members. Rakuten Mobile services themselves are relatively new within Rakuten, so even the most senior members have only been with the company for around five years or so.
