Area Service Manager – KONE We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Area Service Manager to lead our service operations. In this role, you’ll manage a team of Service Engineers, ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, and deliver high-quality maintenance performance across your area. This will be a resident service manager responsible for one of our iconic major project buildings in central London who will need to be on site five days a week working alongside the customer and KONE team Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and support a team of Service Engineers Build strong relationships with customers and key partners Drive service quality, safety and operational performance Oversee route planning, resource allocation and job prioritisation Manage financial performance, KPIs and customer contracts What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building Background in service operations (lifts/escalators ideal) Customer-focused, organised and results-driven We offer a range of fantastic benefits including: Benefits: Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
