Vous serez garant(e) du bon enregistrement comptable des factures sans commande, du respect des délais de paiement et du traitement des anomalies Vos principales responsabilités : Comptabilisation des factures : Assurer l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité de l’enregistrement des factures fournisseurs sans commande. Traitement des anomalies : Identifier et résoudre les écarts ou erreurs liés aux factures, en lien avec les services internes et les fournisseurs. Relation fournisseurs : Répondre aux sollicitations, traiter les relances et assurer un suivi efficace. Imputation comptable et analytique : Affecter correctement les factures sans commande selon les règles comptables et analytiques en vigueur. Gestion des règlements : Collaborer avec le service trésorerie pour établir les propositions de paiement. Réaliser les règlements hebdomadaires des fournisseurs français et étrangers. Assurer le règlement mensuel des opérations intercompagnies. Arrêté comptable mensuel Préparation des écritures de l’arrêté comptable mensuel et justification des comptes Profil recherché : Ø Formation & connaissances Diplôme de type BTS/DUT Comptabilité Gestion ou équivalent. Bonne maîtrise à l’écrit de l’ anglais professionnel (échanges avec fournisseurs étrangers). Expérience souhaitée : 2 à 3 ans sur un poste similaire, apprentissage inclus. Ø Compétences techniques et comportementales Maîtrise des outils informatiques : ERP JD Edwards , MS Office . Rigueur, assiduité et sens de l’organisation. Capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes.
