Its mission is to optimise company-wide internal IT policies, processes, systems, and the internal IT environment that underpins the business. The IT Governance Section aims to minimise current challenges and future risks by establishing and implementing guidelines and regulations for Rakuten Mobile's internal IT environment, taking into account business strategy and market trends. Position: Why We Hire Hiring for additional staff ,  as part of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Office, we are planning to strengthen our organisation to optimise Rakuten Mobile's internal IT environment. 　 Position Details As part of Rakuten Group, Inc., you will be responsible for establishing guidelines and regulations to achieve and maintain the optimal internal IT environment for Rakuten Mobile, Inc. This includes defining missions and challenges, creating guidelines and regulations, communicating and educating stakeholders, building compliance frameworks, and subsequent management and operations. Specifically: [Guidelines and Regulations Related Tasks] - Planning, research, coordination, and creation - Internal procedures and releases - Communication and training [Data Analysis and Report Creation] - Data analysis using BI tools and Excel - Preparation of reports and presentation materials for management [Interdepartmental Coordination and Communication] - Collaboration, negotiation, and coordination with relevant departments - Supporting the implementation of guidelines and regulations at the operational level [Other] - Management and operation of guidelines and regulations - AI promotion - DX promotion 　 Work Environment IT Governance Supervisory Department as a whole has just under 20 members, IT Governance Section currently has three members of staff. The organisation as a whole has a high proportion of mid-career hires, including not only those with telecommunications industry experience but also many individuals without prior industry background. Consequently, the onboarding of mid-career employees is also smooth. 　 Mandatory Qualifications: - Practical experience related to guidelines, such as certification and regulations (e.g., drafting guidelines, or any practical experience involving guidelines) - Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders - Business-level English proficiency 　 Desired Qualifications: - Practical experience with guidelines concerning certification and regulations - Experience within the IT and telecommunications industries - Experience in data analysis and tool implementation - Experience collaborating with senior management #business #communicationsandenergy #director #projectmanager  Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
