Duties Follows all Company policies and procedures related to safety.  Maintains only the highest safety standards by wearing proper PPE, etc Performs tasks within acceptable limits for quality, quantity, sanitation, and timeliness of completion, paying particular attention to prevent and eliminate costly errors. Meets Company’s attendance requirements including timely reporting of absence and working overtime as requested. Operates die cut machine. Performs basic operator preventative maintenance to machines and/or tools; Checks and inspects material received from prior operations to verify accuracy and conformance to specifications on Sales Order Form Stages own materials for packing finished die cut material Keeps die cut parts in registration and completing quality forms Complies with sanitation guidelines and good manufacturing practices related to neatness, product cleanliness and personal hygiene. Maintains a neat and orderly work area, in accordance of 5S standards, by cleaning spills and disposing of trash on a timely basis. Participates in on-the-job training and instruction to learn other job tasks Complies with Company policies and performs other duties as assigned; Knowledge Requirements Must possess strong working knowledge of die-cut machines. Must possess basic computer skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Knowledge Sources 0-1  year experience in a manufacturing environment. High School education or equivalent.  Contacts   Internal Daily contact with maintenance workers, shift supervisor, production employees and production planners.
