Responsible for meeting business plan & key operating deliverables Drive digital initiatives, productivity & quality improvements Spearhead & establish the strategies for business growth, expansion of market coverage, product development, manufacturing operations & field support, contribute to annual business planning Coordinate with selling entities to understand local market requirements and build the product roadmap and strategy Collaborate with factory teams including engineering, logistics, manufacturing & supply chain teams for seamless execution of the strategies & delivering to the customer expectations Guide & lead the passionate team of engineering professionals towards their professional & organizational growth EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Minimum requirement of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution. MBA from reputed institutions shall be added advantage EXPERIENCE Minimum 15+ years of total work experience which includes experience in contract engineering, factory operations, sales & product management & people management (Min 5 years). Experience in project management shall be an added advantage. Must have experience working with multilingual, cultural & national customers, sales forecasting, market analytics, business planning, and coordination of deliverables with numerous functions.
