CEOSO is an independent organization that does not belong to any specific company, and is engaged in various projects on a wide range of themes depending on the business situation. This is a department where you can be involved in solving business and management issues in close proximity to the management team and feel the dynamism of management more directly. Position: Why We Hire The role involves setting up new businesses that can make significant contributions to society by utilizing the technology and capabilities of the Rakuten Group. The target fields of the new business are the provision of solutions for government and other public authorities ( such as Aerospace/ Maritime/ Security areas). Mid-career hire's background - Experience in government sectors, Self-Defense Force, consulting, SIers, startups Career path examples - Joined Rakuten after working in the air and space branch of a government agency. After being involved in the launch of the drone business and other initiatives, subsequently solved various business and management cases in the CEOSO.
