While collaborating with Rakuten Group's head office, the department can provide a one-stop solution for HR issues, planning, policies, operations, and workplace communication to solve problems in a workplace environment (mobile market, store operations, global development environment, and human resource structure). We organize organizations by area, such as recruitment, training, evaluation, labor relations, and HRBP, and provide opportunities for mutual understanding through cross-organizational cooperation, study sessions, and meetings. As an organization specializing in labor affairs, our scope includes not only payroll, attendance, and social insurance, but also general labor management (health and safety, revision of rules and regulations, welfare, and handling of labor issues) and handling of administrative matters such as the Labor Standards Bureau. Position: Why We Hire To support Rakuten's rapidly growing and rapidly expanding mobile-related business, we are expanding our payroll and company insurance members. Position Details This is an environment where you can challenge to solve problems and work toward improving and upgrading existing operations, rather than simply being an operator. We often work on a project basis, and you will be able to expand your experience in project management and project lead. You will be in charge of managing contractors and improving operations and processes for the following tasks. - Payroll calculation (including inhabitant tax and year-end adjustment) - Various social insurance procedures (in cooperation with the company's labor consultant) - Collection and management of personal identification numbers - Responding to inquiries from employees - Other related work Routine tasks are being automated, and we are working to strengthen our in-house customer service capabilities. There are several foreign nationals among our employees, enabling you to acquire value-added expertise beyond your previous experience. Even if you are not confident in your English ability at first, it is no problem if you gradually get used to it while other members provide support. Work Environment Full-time employees: 10ppl. Temporary Employee: 7ppl. Mid-career candidates must have multiple years of payroll and social insurance related experience in a small to medium sized company. Or multiple years of experience working in a social insurance office.
