岗位目的： 1.数字化服务及产品项目管理 2.数字化服务及产品推广和商业化 岗位职责： 1. 洞察市场和客户需求，结合业务价值提出符合市场需求的产品开发需求 2. 数字化产品管理，和研发团队合作制定符合市场需求的产品开发路线图 3. 负责数字化服务和产品发布，推广到前线分公司，并跟踪反馈，持续迭代产品 4. 数字化产品销售和运营流程的建立，及前线培训 5. 产品销售资料和市场宣传资料制作 6. 与客户或政府对接数字化产品与服务 岗位要求： 1. 本科学历或以上，市场营销、工商管理、信息工程等相关专业背景优先 2. 3 年以上工作经验，项目管理、产品营销、客户服务等经验优先 3. 良好的沟通协调能力、用户体验思维、逻辑框架能力、市场分析与市场营销能力 4. 具备主动积极和乐观的工作态度，思路清晰，执行力较强 5. 英语读写及沟通能力 6. 有项目管理PMP证书优先 At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
