Team Overview: Sales Planning & Management Department, Sales Planning Group, Promotion Team 1 As a horizontal organization within the Corporate Sales Department, we primarily manage progress against KPIs and analyze sales issues. Our mission is not only to manage progress but also to improve progress toward achieving KPIs by collecting, understanding, analyzing, and resolving sales issues, and formulating policies and strategies to achieve them. Position: Reason for Opening The organization is expanding, and there is an increasing need to improve operations in progress management and to plan and execute new strategies, so we are planning to increase the number of personnel. Job Description Mission To support sales by managing progress toward achieving KPIs and formulating policies and strategies to achieve them in order to achieve the goals of the Rakuten Mobile corporate sales organization.
