Position Details In this role, you'll engage with external partners to list them on Rakuten GORA. You'll also act as a consultant for existing clients, maximizing lesson service bookings and driving sales growth. No prior golf industry experience is required, we provide comprehensive training. Key Responsibilities: - New Business Development (60%) - Existing Client Consulting & Sales (30%) - Site Improvement Proposals - Data Analysis - Product Planning Work Environment <Team Structure> - Total Department: ~160 members - Business Innovation Dept.: ~30 members - Age Group: Primarily 20s-30s (flat, dynamic communication) - Composition: 40% New Graduates, 60% Mid-Career Hires <Mid-Career Hire Backgrounds> - Travel Industry - Financial Industry - Manufacturing, etc. Mandatory Qualifications: - Sales experience (especially B2B proposal sales, consulting, Web/Ad industry, manufacturing, etc.) - Valid driver's license (comfortable driving) - Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - TOEIC score of 800+ or motivation to achieve equivalent within 2 years.
