Department Overview Group Human Resources Department at Rakuten currently provides HR services to more than tens of thousands of employees. Position: Position Details As a "Business Assistant" to two executives in the Group Human Resources Management Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks. - Coordinate and manage the schedules of the executives in charge and deal with internal and external parties - Coordinating appointments with external parties - Handling of visitors and guests - Organize and manage materials for important meetings and presentations - Travel arrangements (domestic and international) - Reimbursement of expenses, and other general affairs-related duties Mandatory Qualifications: - Experience as a secretary or assistant for executives - Experience in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Desired Qualifications: - Experience working in a global company, whether Japanese or foreign-affiliated - Experience working in a large organization Others: Ideal Personality - High communication skills, ability to communicate smoothly and cooperate with others - Able to take proactive and attentive actions - Able to work in a fast-paced environment #HR #GA #CorporateCommunications #operationdiv  Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
