Job Description: About Organization: Department Overview Build and deliver Enterprise Solutions that power the growth of   RM B2B business and our clients' success Expand enterprise product& service portfolio into growth areas   Why We Hire A core member of the development project for the contact center business, which is a key pillar of Rakuten Mobile’s corporate business, and a potential future PMO. Position Details As a core member of a new service development project, your scope covers defining requirements, aligning with engineering, tracking issues and progress, preparing and conducting user acceptance testing, managing vendors and contracts, and designing internal operations workflows. Given that many internal stakeholders—including the security team—are non-Japanese, your responsibilities include producing documentation in English and taking part in English-language meetings. Work Environment The group you will belong to consists of four members. You will work closely with the sales, SE, and maintenance teams for the assigned products to carry out daily operations. Mandatory Qualifications: Over two years of experience in the IT industry, basic knowledge of networking, and familiarity with software development and software testing. Skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
