Network Quality Management Office in Rakuten Mobile, where this position is located, provides support for strengthening and improving the quality of products and operations related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of telecommunication equipment necessary for providing mobile services, through QMS (Quality Management System) activities. Until now, our Network Quality Management Office, as a dedicated organization independent from the technical department, has focused on quality management of mobile base station peripheral equipment. However, in response to the increase in users and traffic, service diversification, and technological advancements such as 5G and IoT, we will expand our scope to the entire mobile communication system-from mobile backhaul to the core network-and strengthen end-to-end quality assurance. Position Details Together with the technical department, you will set end-to-end quality policies and targets, continuously maintain and improve quality, and drive QMS activities to promptly identify and resolve potential issues. In the event of quality issues, you will support expedited root cause analysis and the formulation of countermeasures. Leveraging insights gained from these activities, you will also contribute to future quality improvement by formulating quality evaluations and optimization strategies for the introduction of new technologies and products.
