Safety, Quality & Environment (SQE) Manager (Greece & Cyprus) At KONE , our mission is to improve the flow of urban life. Your Key Responsibilities Safety Support the implementation and continuous improvement of KONE’s Safety Management System Promote a strong safety culture and share best practices across teams Participate in safety committees and improvement initiatives Conduct audits and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented Quality Support Quality Management Systems and ensure process compliance Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues Conduct internal and external quality audits Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction Environment Implement and monitor Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001) Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards Promote sustainable practices and reduce environmental risks Conduct audits and deliver environmental training Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Apply LSS tools to eliminate waste and improve efficiency Lead or support improvement projects using DMAIC methodology Facilitate Kaizen workshops and drive operational excellence Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Experience in occupational safety, quality, or environmental management Knowledge of safety management systems, risk management, and auditing processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Language skills: Fluency in Greek, with good command of English (written & oral) What We Offer A meaningful role where you can make a real difference in safety and quality Opportunities to grow within a global, innovative company Supportive and collaborative team culture Competitive compensation and benefits package If you are passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement — and want to contribute to a company that truly values these principles — we’d love to hear from you.
