Rakuten's tech organization is a global organization and consists of people from more than 70 different countries, so we conduct recruiting activities all over the world. Position Details In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in engineer recruitment, supporting the growth of the Rakuten Group. You will build and operate efficient and high-quality recruiting processes in a global environment, contributing to an enhanced candidate experience. Primary Responsibilities - Correspondence with candidates and agencies - Interview arrangement - Management of the recruiting process - Preparation of the onboarding process - Support for overseas employees (VISA, etc.) - Support for recruiting events and seminars - Management of offshore staff and temporary staff - Recruiting Data Analysis - Promotion AI and automation - Creation and implementation of systems for the above tasks Establishment and operation of the above system. Work Environment We have members with diverse backgrounds, ranging from their late 20s to 40s. We have many non-Japanese members, and we communicate in both Japanese and English within the team. In addition, many of our members concentrate on their own work during the workday and leave on time (average overtime hours for full-time employees: approximately 20 hours). Although roles are roughly divided within the group, with one person in charge of coordinating interviews and another in charge of preparing for entry into the company, we have built a team system that makes it easy for us to complement each other. Many of our members take long vacations, making it easy to maintain a good work-life balance. Mid-Career Hires' Backgrounds - Recruiters/Recruitment Consultants - Back Office Staff at Operating Companies Career Path Examples of Successful Mid-Career Hires - Upon Joining: Leveraging administrative experience gained at an operating company, they were responsible for operational tasks such as interview scheduling and candidate correspondence - Career Path: Within two years of joining, their contributions to efficiency improvements and leadership in training new hires were recognized, leading to a promotion to Team Leader. Currently, she oversees the entire operation related to the onboarding procedures for new hires Mandatory Qualifications: - Work experience (more than 2 years) in an environment where speed and accuracy are required, such as sales offices, secretaries, and group assistants - Business level PC skills (Microsoft Office etc.) * Recruitment experience is not mandatory.
