Job Description: Business Overview The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services. We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile. 　 Department Overview Marketing Planning Department is an organization that leads the planning of Rakuten Mobile's plans and product strategies and their implementation. The Planning and Management Section is responsible for strategy development, budgeting, KPI and PL analysis and management in the marketing department of Rakuten Mobile. The department has a lot of executive relations, and you will be able to work with a high level of perspective. Position Details Join Rakuten Mobile's dynamic Marketing Division and play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction through robust data analysis and insightful data management. We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to our growth by transforming data into actionable strategies. Based on your experience and skills, your responsibilities will include: - Strategic discussions with management: Discuss the direction of the business with management based on figures linked to the company-wide strategy, and support decision-making. - Budgeting and actual/budget management: Manage the budget for Rakuten Mobile's marketing department. - Management accounting: Create weekly KPI and PL forecasts linked to budget management and provide input to executives.  - Data analysis: Utilize BI tools to analyze marketing activity data and clarify insights.  - Promotion of important projects: Lead the planning and promotion of important projects directly linked to business growth based on requests from management.  Work Environment Manager :1 Regular employee :5 Temporary employee :3 Outsourcing :2 Mandatory Qualifications: - Perspective and discussion skills: Someone who can take the perspective of management, see the big picture of the business, and lead substantive discussions based on data. - Quick thinking and responsiveness: Someone who can respond quickly and flexibly to unexpected issues and sudden tasks and lead them to resolution. - Relevant work experience: Someone with experience in business planning, business management, or consulting. Desired Qualifications: - Experience in budgeting and data analysis - Knowledge of accounting at the level of bookkeeping level 2 - Business English conversation skills are required. - Those with management experience.
