Job Description: About Organization: Department Overview Rakuten Mobile entered the market as the fourth MNO (Mobile Network Operator) to be approved first time in Japan in 13 years, launching full-scale services in April 2020 with the aim of providing high-quality mobile communication services at reasonable prices. The Corporate Operations System Planning Group is responsible for designing and developing internal tools as well as customer-facing services. Details of Tasks: ・Problem Analysis and Diagnosis: Rapidly identifying complex system problems and determining their root causes. ・Solution Design and Implementation: Developing optimal solutions for issues and collaborating with relevant departments to execute them. ・Process Design and Improvement: Creating and maintaining standardized processes to handle special cases, with continuous refinement. ・Coordination with Relevant Departments: Working closely with development, operations, and support teams to facilitate smooth problem resolution.
