You’ll lead the implementation and improvement of our safety management system, ensuring compliance and fostering an actively caring culture for safety across all operations. Key Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and improve KONE’s safety management system. Set safety objectives and drive management commitment. Lead safety committees and forums within the unit. Monitor compliance through audits and risk assessments. Manage incident investigations and corrective actions. Develop and deliver safety communication and training programs. Collaborate with customers and partners on safety initiatives. Support crisis and emergency response planning. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in an industrial sector. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and management systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in project and change management. Why Join Us?
