Date Posted: 2025-10-21 Country: Malaysia Location: Otis Elevator Company (M) Sdn Bhd, 15-01 Menara Symphony, No 5, Jalan Semangat, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan , Malaysia Key Responsibilities Keeps our field activities running smoothly and efficiently Liaise and coordinate with field teams on operational needs Raise purchase requests and perform goods receipt Raise Inventory Sales Order for drawing of parts from warehouse Arrange and track delivery of materials and equipment Work closely with the Payable teams to ensure that data is captured accurately in the Payable system to facilitate invoice processing Generate reports on Purchase requests and Goods receipt and follow up on any aged items and disputes Involve and facilitate internal and external audit requirements when necessary Manage any ad hoc project for system enhancement or process improvement to streamline and optimize the contract booking workflow Any Adhoc activities Job Requirements: Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
