Department Overview Rakuten Payment, Inc. provides the Rakuten Group's payment related services including Rakuten Pay, Rakuten Edy, Rakuten Point Card, Rakuten Check and Rakuten Wallet. We aim to create cashless payment solutions in order to realize a lively, connected society where customers and retailers empower each other.   Position: Position Details It covered from System development to operation for Rakuten Edy and Rakuten Cash. As for operation and maintenance, we are working on continuous improvement of monitoring quality in addition to regular work and trouble shooting. As for system development, we are working to do a system renewal with latest technologies. Since this is an activity to improve the existing system on a daily basis , it is important to determine the characteristics of the existing constraints and the technology to be adopted, to seek best practices, and to standardize them.
