About the Department/Service: Full-scale service provision for corporate clients began in January 2023. This organization is responsible for providing solutions, primarily mobile services, to corporate clients, and you will participate in the business as a core member for business expansion. Responsible Solution Technology Areas and Job Responsibilities: This organization is responsible for the service design and business design of solutions in AI, fixed-line network, mobile network, contact center services, IP phone services, and Rakuten Group's proprietary development services. Service Design Job Responsibilities: Responsible for planning new services and considering improvements for existing services. This involves either collaborating with development departments within Rakuten Mobile or other Rakuten Group companies to commercialize solutions, or reselling third-party products, including those from overseas. When handling third-party products, you will also be responsible for negotiations with the development vendor. ・Formulation of service specifications, requirements definition ・Market trend analysis, competitor analysis, customer needs research ・Coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales departments, facility departments, legal departments, and vendors ・Business viability assessment: 　- Trial calculation of P/L (Profit and Loss Statement), cost-benefit analysis 　- Creation of necessary documents for investment decisions ・Creation of planning documents, proposals, presentation materials, etc. ・Explanation to internal related departments, consensus building, and presentation to management, obtaining approval ・Project planning, progress management, issue management, risk management ・Design and construction of operational flows necessary for service provision Business Design Job Responsibilities: Responsible for creating service revenue and expenditure simulations and building sales mechanisms for new services prepared by the service design team. Through identifying target corporate customer segments, formulating sales plans, and creating proposal document templates, you will support sales, SE, and marketing to accelerate sales.
