Job Description: Business Overview The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services. Department Overview Marketing UX department is responsible for all UI/UX of Rakuten Mobile that customers can see on our website. In the 3 years since the service started, our team has been evolved with the mission of improving the service with constant watching and analyzing the market and users’ trends. Position: Why We Hire Due to the mobile business expansion, we are recruiting more talents so as to to enforce our front-end domain. 　 Position Details Job Domains - Design, operation, improvement, and renewal of websites of Rakuten Mobile and other related services - Cooperation with web directors, designers, back-end engineers, business owners - Cooperation with engineers of Rakuten services other than Rakuten Mobile Job Detail From launch of projects to improvements after releases, on every project flow, to provide the optimum web sites for both customers and the company. Main tasks are below. - Technical research, designing functional requirements, and making consensus on what technology to adopt - Making requests to backend engineers - Coding, review, and release According to the large scale of the company, tasks are well divided and there are specialists in each domain. You will have a lot of opportunities to learn new things, asking questions or consulting others in the workplace. Since scales of websites are also large and frequencies of updates are high, you can also experience project managements.
