You will be responsible for/ to: Facilitates the improvement of EHSQ performance in the business unit by following and monitoring the implementation of unit safety policy, processes, procedures and guidelines. Provides expertise and support to business unit on matters affecting EHSQ. Performs EHSQ inspections/ audits to verify compliance and identify deviations and uncontrolled risks affecting systems implementation. Operates the accident & near miss incident investigation process, completes or verifies accident and investigation reports in co-operation with line management and technical specialists. Supports line management and technical specialists in defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions from audits and investigation findings. Monitors EHSQ auditing process and regular workplace visits under the direction of EHSQ Function. Assists line management in conducting M&I, HALENSAS and F&IU audits. Interacts with external stakeholders (authorities) in matters affecting EHSQ, under direction from the Function. Develops and maintains his/her own competences as safety specialist in co-operation with his/her manager. Supports the development of EHSQ competences of others. Uses the Employee survey results as a source of information for improvement of EHSQ performance. We expect you would have/ be: Degree/Diploma holder in science or engineering disciplines At least 3 years EHSQ working experience in construction or E&M safety supervision Registered Safety Officer is a must and Registered Safety Auditor is an advantage ISO 9001, 14001 &45001 lead/internal auditor is preferred Proficient in English Self-motivated and well organized with good interpersonal skills At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
