Job Description: Business Overview In a group that develops a variety of businesses, including Internet-related businesses centered on e-commerce, finance, and telecommunication-related businesses, the advertising business utilizing IDs, data, and media plays an extremely important role in terms of not only revenue but also marketing support for all participating businesses. This organization is responsible for the planning and development of the platform, as well as supporting its implementation and utilization by each business and client, thereby laying the foundation for further growth. Department Overview In the field of digital advertising, which is becoming more sophisticated and complex as the market expands, we will contribute to group advertising business with providing technical support, product planning which is using largest media for increasing profits and product values of each business.   Responsible for everything from service planning to delivery of own marketing platform, which utilizes Rakuten's unique data. The role is supporting and growing Rakuten Group's business from both AD and marketing perspectives. Specifically, in the conception, planning, and project management of our data management platform and measurement platform. Position: Why We Hire Rakuten group advertising business has reached 200 billion yen, and we will strongly promote platformization in order to accelerate further growth and competitiveness. Position Details Promoting own Ad/marketing platform (DMP/measurement system) for more than 80 services across the Rakuten Group. Support the planning of each business's advertising business/improvement of marketing performance through consultation, project management and reporting. Work Environment A team of three members. The organization is diverse, ranging from 20s to 40s, with flat communication and momentum. A wide range of backgrounds are represented, from veterans to recent graduates. 　 Mandatory Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in planning, development, sales, consulting, etc. related to Internet services. Desired Qualifications: Experience in project management in the provision of services in the marketing area.
