Position Details Job Responsibilities - Planning and formulating mid- to long-term strategies - Designing the company's vision for 3 to 5 years from now (assets, products, sales structure, etc.) - Formulating business domains and focus areas through discussions with management - Designing and promoting milestones for strategy execution - Breaking down into execution phases based on mid- to long-term plans, prioritizing, and formulating specific measures - Implementing measures and managing progress in collaboration with other departments and related teams - Searching for and collaborating with external resources - Formulating and negotiating procurement policies for partners, technologies, data, etc. necessary to achieve the strategy - Considering the possibility of M&A, business alliances, and utilization of external assets Job Reward This is a position where you can plan and execute "what should we aim for next" as a company in a position close to management.
