The President's Office/Corporate Strategy Department, to which this position belongs, was newly reorganized in July 2025. It is a small but elite strategic planning department directly under the Business President, and is involved in projects focused on strategic planning, business conception, management transformation, and business development. As Rakuten's fourth pillar, it has a dynamic mission to drive the evolution of its advertising business, making this the perfect organization and timing for you to be involved in upstream management and experience its dynamism. Position: Why We Hire As a member of the newly reorganized organization that will make advertising the fourth pillar of Rakuten, he will serve as the right-hand man to the President of the Ad & Media Company.
