In addition to maintaining and managing the core systems that handle our customers' important contracts, the division actively works on developing new products and improving services using IT, closely aligning its operations with the company's business activities. The IT Strategy team is responsible for formulating overall IT strategies for Rakuten Life Insurance and translating them into actionable initiatives. By working closely with the CIO, you will have the opportunity to be involved in planning and conceptualizing strategies from the early stages of the mid-term business planning process.
