Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich als Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (m/w/d) für unsere Zentrale und Teile Norddeutschlands in Hannover. Als Elternzeitvertretung ist der Vertrag auf ein Jahr befristet. Du verantwortest die relevanten Recruiting- und Employer Branding Aktivitäten und bist Bestandteil unseres internationalen Talent Acquisition Teams für Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz. Deine Aufgaben bei uns: Verantwortung für alle Recruitingprozesse innerhalb deines Betreuungsbereiches im Norden Deutschlands Business Partnering „auf Augenhöhe“ im gesamten Einstellungszyklus: von der Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen, über die Leitung von virtuellen und persönlichen Bewerbungsgesprächen bis hin zur finalen Verhandlung der Arbeitsverträge. Identifikation der optimalen Suchstrategie unter Einbindung von Social Media und anderen Online-Kanälen inklusive der aktiven Kandidatenansprache in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sourcing Team in Bratislava. Nutzung von Persönlichkeitstest und Assessments zur Entscheidungsfindung. Sicherstellung eines bewerberorientierten Recruitingprozesses mit unserem Bewerbermanagementsystem Workday entsprechend unserer Talent Acquisition Strategie. Best Practice Sharing und Projektbearbeitung mit anderen KollegInnen der People & Communications Teams. Das bringt Du mit: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Recruiter (m/w/d) in einem industrienahen Umfeld oder als externe/r Spezialist/in aus Personalberatung oder Vermittlung. Eine proaktive Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an der nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Betreuungsbereiches: Recruiting ist für Dich nicht Administration, sondern gelebtes Business Partnering und ausgeprägte Kandidatenorientierung. Ein abgeschlossenes, relevantes Studium oder entsprechende Qualifikationen. Erfahrung in der Anwendung von kompetenzbasierten Interviewtechniken und Assessment Methoden. Nachweisbare Erfolge in der professionellen Nutzung von Social Media Plattformen (z.B. Xing, LinkedIn) und der aktiven Kandidatenansprache. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
