Job Description: 組織説明概要: 部署・サービスについて 楽天モバイル法人営業統括部は、楽天グループのコア事業である楽天モバイルにおいて、法人顧客向けのモバイル通信サービスおよび関連ソリューションを提供しています。全社で重要視している ARPU 向上を担う重要な部門として、SIM カードだけでなく、IoT、クラウド、セキュリティなど、多様なソリューションを組み合わせ、顧客のビジネス課題解決に貢献しています。顧客ニーズに 合わせた最適な提案を通じて、顧客満足度向上と事業拡大を目指しています。 ソリューションエンジニアリング課　DXエンジニアリンググループ　モバイルコーディネーターチームでは、特に、導入いただくスマートフォンやタブレット、PCの初期セットアップをはじめとするキッティングサービスや、導入後のヘルプデスク設置のための要件定義・構築・稼働支援他、MDM等のモバイルセキュリティの導入支援コンサルなどを実施し、お客様が安心して業務いただけるモバイル環境を一元的に提供しています。 顧客に革新的なDXソリューションを提供することで事業成長や自己成長を実感できます。また、成長市場でスキルアップとキャリアアップを実現しながら、多様な優秀なメンバーと刺激的な環境で働けます。 募集背景 事業拡大に伴い、楽天モバイルの法人企業向けDXを担える人財を募集しています。 業務内容 ■業務概要 法人企業向けにモバイルやタブレットのキッティングサービスやヘルプデスクサービスに関するヒアリング・要件定義～デリバリを主な業務とします。付随してMDMをはじめとするセキュリティ導入支援コンサルなども実施し、法人企業のモバイル活用のプラットフォームを形成します。 ■業務詳細 1. 顧客課題のヒアリング・要件定義 • 法人顧客に対し、モバイルデバイス活用における現状の課題やニーズをヒアリング。 • 利用目的、利用環境、従業員数、セキュリティ要件などを詳細に把握。 • ヒアリング内容に基づき、最適なソリューション（キッティング、ヘルプデスク、MDMなど）の導入要件を定義。 2. キッティングサービスの提供 • 顧客要件に基づいたデバイス（スマートフォン、タブレット）の選定支援。 • デバイスの初期設定（OSバージョンアップ、初期セットアップ）。 • 指定アプリケーションのインストール、設定、ライセンス管理。 • セキュリティ設定（パスワードポリシー、デバイス暗号化、VPN設定など）。 • MDMへのデバイス登録、プロファイルの適用。 • 個体管理（資産管理番号、利用者情報などの紐付け）。 • キッティング済みデバイスの梱包、発送手配。 • キッティング手順書、設定情報の作成・管理。   3. ヘルプデスク機能の構築・稼働支援 • 顧客の組織体制や規模に応じたヘルプデスク体制の要件定義（一次受付、二次対応、エスカレーションフローなど）。 • 稼働後の問合せ内容分析、改善提案。 • 定期的な運用状況のレポーティング。   4. MDM導入支援コンサルティング • MDMの機能要件定義（セキュリティポリシー、アプリ配信、紛失対策、リモートワイプなど）。 • MDM環境の設計、構築（テナント作成、グループ設定、プロファイル作成）。 • MDMと既存システム（Active Directory、SSOなど）との連携設定。 • MDM管理者への操作トレーニング、マニュアル作成。 • MDM導入後の運用支援、定期的な設定見直し提案。   5. 導入後のサポート・改善提案 • 導入後の顧客からの問い合わせ対応、トラブルシューティング。 • 定期的な顧客訪問やオンラインミーティングによる運用状況の確認。 • 利用状況の分析に基づいた、更なるモバイル活用促進のための改善提案。 • 新しいデバイスやOS、アプリケーション、セキュリティ脅威に関する情報提供。 • 顧客のビジネス成長に合わせたソリューションの拡張提案。   6. その他付随業務 • プロジェクト計画の立案、進捗管理、課題管理。 • 見積書作成、請求書処理などの事務作業。 • 社内関連部署（営業、開発、サポート部門など）との連携。 • 新しい技術や製品に関する情報収集、自己学習。 働く環境 社内外のグローバルなチームと連携し、ダイナミックに拡大する組織で働くことができます。AIなどを活用した最新のITツールやシステムを活用し、効率的な業務遂行をサポートします。 IT・モバイル業界出身の中途採用メンバーが在籍。多様な経験を持つメンバーが集まり、専門性を活かしてプロジェクトを推進しています。 必須要件： ・法人向けITソリューション提案・導入経験 ・キッティングサービスの実務経験 ・ヘルプデスク構築・運用経験 ・MDM（Mobile Device Management）の導入・運用経験 ・モバイルデバイスに関する基礎知識 ・顧客折衝・コミュニケーション能力 ・ドキュメンテーション能力 歓迎要件： ・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 800点以上または同等のスキル） ・営業・プリセールス経験 ・クラウドサービスに関する知識 ・ネットワーク・セキュリティに関する基礎知識 ・MDM（Mobile Device Management）の導入・運用経験 ・プロジェクト企画・管理の経験 ・与えられた職責を超える仕事や新しい取り組みに対し、積極的に挑戦を繰り返すマインド ・共通の目的を達成するために、自身の所属組織の長や利害関係者と連携・協力して業務を遂行した経験 ・顧客体験を高め続けるために、社内外の顧客のニーズを自ら先読みし、対応した経験 その他： 勤務地に関する補足 東京（二子玉川ライズオフィス） 転勤に関する補足 有り*国内・海外の出張及び転勤の可能性があります。 言語 日本語：ビジネスレベルの日本語能力。日本の商習慣、文化を理解し、顧客との円滑なコミュニケーション、交渉、プレゼンテーションができること。 Languages: Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
