Job title: Senior Procurement Specialist Location: Kunshan Work time: Full Time Responsibilities: Responsible for purchasing targets achievement including QCDS and category management plan; Working in matrix organization in purchasing and tribe team and realizing the both working responsibilities of purchasing; Identifying and selecting suppliers from category management plan and purchasing supplier sourcing plan in source to contract value chain; Executing annual price negotiation and daily price negotiation to achieve the best TCO value; Creating, executing and overseeing contracting to ensure terms are met, risks are managed, and changes of disputes are effectively handled; Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to further improvement and development for long term value creation; Setting up the responsible products cost model and driving the potential of cost saving; Monitoring the supplier performance and improving the qualification together with tribe team; Working together with tribe team to ensure new product introduction--change request(CR) is on time implemented; Executing and proactively contributing to continuous improvement of the Procurement processes. Supporting supplier quality management and material management team to resolve suppliers quality and delivery deviations and ensure the material supply; Identifying supply chain risk and evaluating the impact and taking the risk management measures; Living KONE supply chain sustainability requirement like ESG, Carbon reduction; Other jobs assigned the manager; Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent. Min. 5 years working experience in purchasing and/or Supply Chain in machine and equipment area; Escalator or elevator industrial area is preferred; Technical knowhow on mechanical drawing understanding and familiar with die casting ,plastic injection, machining and sheet metal process including punching, forming, welding, etc. Basic project management knowledge and experience and cross-functional team cooperation skills; Basic English oral and written ability, other languages are an asset Data analytical skill and report presentation qualification; Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; Willing to change and adapt oneself accordingly; High work responsibility and work under pressure; Open-minded, teamwork-oriented, and service-oriented; At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
