As a Procurement Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage all procurement activities, including supplier contracts, price negotiations, and RFQ management within your area of responsibility. Act as the contract owner for direct material suppliers and support the implementation of global and regional category plans. Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability. Ensure supplier quality and on-time delivery in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Report monthly key performance indicators and manage budgets, forecasts, and savings for your area of responsibility. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business). Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven experience in leading supplier negotiations and managing relationships with local, regional, and global suppliers. Ability to work independently and effectively in a multinational environment. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset. Willingness to travel.
