Job Description:     We are currently looking for Customer Relationship Manager to join our organization. Customer Relationship Manager provides quality service and leasing solutions to our customers, thus creating value to HPE in terms of total customer experience, revenue and operational margin.  Responds to customer requests and needs in a timely and effective manner. Partners with sales representatives to ensure client engagement. Manages end-to-end SE process to ensure smooth delivery of customer service agreement - collaborates with SE supportive functions and internal SMEs to ensure high quality of total customer experience. Ensures customers and contracts are set-up in our system and that all processes are prepared to support deal execution.  As a Customer Relationship Manager you will be supporting functions and team members (measurement), supporting new colleague on-boarding, training, coaching, introduction, providing subject matter expert support for team. You will be working with a new and existing accounts, making sure team targets are met, coordinating trainings, knowledge transfer and work flow. How you will make your mark: Work with Deal Manager/Solution Manager on defining process for pursuit Customers Provide full Customer Solution Design documentation for new Customers Responsible for assembling all required resources/skills to develop proposal, pursue and win large national leasing deals Ensure that process offered to the Customer is compliant with Legal, Finance, Pricing, PM requirements Manage fulfillment of the customer solution through the lease cycle and across countries in the Region Standardize process for acquired Customers Act as firs point of contact for Customers’ escalation Take ownership for coordination and collection of all required approvals for any mid activities (restructures/novations/reassignments etc ) for Customers Support the deployment of new business tools which enhance the operational excellence and profitability of business (APA, Customer Portal, Asset edge etc) Identify areas of improvement and possible standardization for various business cases Monitor process associates daily performance and ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing Partner with sales and CDS to ensure efficient processing of volume and achievement of volume targets by ensuring proactive approach in addressing new opportunities (pursuit Customers) Co-operate with all SE colleagues to ensure full integration with all functions including CDS, CAS, CRS, PM, Credit, Pricing and SEM Take ownership for coordination Engagement Portal and team metrics related to it.
