We work closely with senior executives to provide strategic support for various business challenges, while also driving execution, project management, and business evaluations. You will gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of Rakuten’s 70+ businesses, while being exposed to the dynamism of executive decision-making at the highest level. Collaborating closely with business units, we provide the necessary support to solve key issues and help drive executive decision-making. For each project, we form a dedicated project team, assigning members based on their background, skills, and preferences. We aim to develop talent who can grow rapidly by engaging with a wide range of industries and themes and become valuable contributors within Rakuten Group.
