Job Summary: The Strategy & Business Operations (SBO) Intern will play a key supporting role working closely with the European SBO Lead based in Luxembourg on a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in business planning, project management, and strategic execution across multiple European markets. The intern will assist in the implementation of group policies, support business transformation activities, and contribute to cross-functional projects that shape the region’s business direction. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership, develop analytical and project management skills, and contribute to impactful, high-visibility initiatives within a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities:   Support the European SBO Lead in executing and tracking key strategic and operational projects across the region. Assist in the implementation of group policies and business initiatives to ensure regional alignment and efficiency. Contribute to business transformation activities, including research, data analysis, and integration support. Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning. Conduct market and business analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in a top university Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Law or a related field is a plus. Consulting background or having worked in an e-commerce space would be a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and structured approach to work. Interest in strategy, business operations, and corporate project management. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultural contexts. Minimum Requirements: MBA in process Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
