Job Description: Department Overview Providing high-quality services promptly and maximizing customer satisfaction are part of Rakuten Group's core principles and is our most important business strategy. To realize this strategy, it is essential to strengthen and operate IT Governance. IT Governance Policy Group within the Technology Management Division oversees the establishment, evaluation, improvement activities, and policy creation of IT governance. Position: Why We Hire We are seeking for IT Governance expert with specialized knowledge and experience to strengthen IT Governance, and to improve operations. Position Details As the IT Governance expert, this person will be responsible for the IT Governance establishment, evaluation, and improvement of internal controls. Responsibilities - Building an IT governance framework and improving operations - Ensuring consistency and efficiency of IT governance through collaboration with other departments - Documenting IT governance policies - Increasing awareness and education within organizations regarding IT Governance - Collect IT Industry best practice and research competitor as benchmark Mandatory Qualifications: - 3+ years of practical experience in projects related to building IT governance - 3+ years of practical experience in projects to formulate IT governance policies or handle maintenance - Native Level Japanese language ability - Business Level English (TOEIC 800 or above) - Strong teamwork capability in a diverse team environment - Deep understanding of IT Governance frameworks, excellent consultation, problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong ownership and sense of responsibility Desired Qualifications: - Experience in developing and implementing IT Governance Policy documentation utilizing COBIT, ITIL, ISO standards - Experience in leading IT Governance development projects - Diverse work experience and ability to work well in a team environment - Have a certification related to IT Governance, such as COBIT and ITIL #corporate #technologymanagement #technologymanagementdiv Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
