Dan ben jij de Service Planner waar wij naar op zoek zijn!   Als Service Planner is het jouw job om de dagelijkse aansturing, planning en begeleiding van Servicemonteurs en het contact met klanten van KONE in goede banen te leiden. Je draagt zorg voor een optimale inzet van dit team en handelt het administratieve proces af. Ook schakel je als Service Planner continu in een dynamische omgeving tussen Servicemonteurs, Field Managers  en klanten over de voortgang van de opdrachten. Als Service Planner ben jij echt de spin in het web op de afdeling. Met jouw service mindset en helikopterview zorg jij voor tevreden klanten. Jouw profiel MBO-4 werk-en denkniveau; Je krijgt energie van plannen, organiseren, lekker snel schakelen en klantcontact; Je bent een gedreven en enthousiast persoon die oog heeft voor detail; Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels; Kennis van het ERP-systeem SAP is een pré/ je bent handig met systemen; Je bent enthousiast, stressbestendig en creatief; Goede computervaardigheden, waaronder MS Office pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint). Minimaal voor 32 uur beschikbaar.
