À la recherche d’une expérience enrichissante dans le domaine de la supply chain et de l’intralogistique ? Fenwick-Linde, recrute en CDI un.e Technicien.ne Service Clients (F/H) qui interviendra chez nos clients, sur le département des Pyrénées Orientales sur le secteur de Perpignan et alentours (66) . Concrètement, quelles sont vos principales missions ? : Acteur principal au sein du Service Après-Vente, vous serez en charge de : • D’assurer la maintenance et le dépannage d'un parc de chariots sur les sites de nos clients en respectant les normes de sécurité et de qualité en vigueur • Doté d'un véritable esprit de service, vous conseillez nos clients en matière d’utilisation du matériel et de son entretien • Vous participez également au développement des ventes de solutions en conseillant à nos clients les services et produits les plus adaptés à leurs besoins Votre équipe ? : Rattaché(e) à la Direction Régionale « Languedoc-Roussillon», vous êtes encadré par un Responsable Equipe Service, vous intégrez une équipe de plusieurs techniciens, et vous avez le soutien au quotidien, d’une équipe Back Office et de « Techniciens formateurs ».
