Position Details In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the needs of Rakuten Travel users and directing projects and plans to maximize results. - Progress and content design of special features and campaign pages - Design and coding instructions, and quality control of eliverables - Updating existing pages - Site analysis and reporting - Coordination with sales, marketing, and other departments - Promote overall production projects, including new measures, improvements, and operations - Creative direction with UX/UI designers - Specific design and specification development for A/B testing and separation of functions - QA and release work - File management and operation using Git - Solving operational issues and structuring the system Mandatory Qualifications: - Experience in web direction (2+ years) Desired Qualifications: - Experience in design (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator) - Coding (HTML/CSS/JS) experience - Logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills - Experience with Git file management - Experience leading projects and managing teams - Experience in business operation improvement Other Information: Additional information on Location Rakuten Crimson House, 1-14-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo Additional information on English Qualification TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country.
