Job Description:     Field & Channel Marketing areas - the Marketing Specialist Romania is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing programs, events and campaigns targeting end customers and channel partners to drive new business and grow existing business. Also is involved in ensuring delivery of customer experiences, leveraging company offerings and campaigns to generate demand and measurable results. Manages budgets for marketing initiatives, tracking utilization and ROI, and proposes new activities to optimize marketing impact. Responsibilities: Analyze market and customer & partner requirements and translate them into effective marketing plans and campaigns. Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, webinars, and roadshows to engage customers and partners. Plan and raise the marketing budget and measure marketing effectiveness and ROI. Orchestrate creation and development of marketing assets, content, and digital campaigns to generate robust demand. Align field and channel marketing activities with global and regional marketing priorities. Collaborate with sales teams to maximize campaign impact and customer & partner engagement. Coordinate with PR and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning. May be assigned additional responsibilities as required including cross country projects. Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing communication, B2B marketing, or customer-facing, partner-facing marketing roles, preferably in tech companies. Proven experience in planning and executing marketing integrated campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. Experience in co-operation with channel and alliance partners. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; Romanian language proficiency required. Other languages will be highly valued. Additional Skills: Experience with PR, content creation will be significant asset.
