Department Overview We offer a unique opportunity to join our CEO Strategy Office (CEOSO) in Tokyo headquarter and work closely with our CEO and C-level executives to develop and execute strategic business initiatives. This is an assignment role working on various innovation projects. Once the assignment is over, we offer senior level opportunities. Position: Why We Hire To strengthen the organization as the business expands Position Details We assist management teams in creating presentation stories and visuals for management presentations and other opportunities. - We design compelling presentations, communication directions, and stories based on a deep understanding of the messages and needs of the management team and the needs of the audience. - We create visually comprehensible presentation materials (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.) based on a logical structure to effectively communicate information. - Communicates smoothly with management leaders and departmental personnel, flexibly incorporating feedback to ensure attention to detail and accuracy, and contribute to improving the quality of deliverables. - Manage deadlines, consultation schedules with stakeholders, etc., to drive overall project progress and produce deliverables in accordance with timelines. e.g. - Prepare presentation materials for use by executives at conferences, etc. - Preparation of materials for meetings with executives of business partners in Japan and abroad - Prepare materials for policy proposals to political and business leaders in Japan and abroad Mandatory Qualifications: - Experience in creating business presentation materials for senior management - Strong sense of layout and design, and attention to detail - MS Office application skills, especially PowerPoint - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders - Logical thinking and analytical skills - Business level Japanese Desired Qualifications: - Knowledge and skills in Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) - Ability to express ideas graphically and communicate complex concepts effectively - Basic knowledge and skills in project planning, execution, and management - Business level English language skills Others Information : Additional information on Location Rakuten Crimson House #business #strategyplanning #groupcompanydiv
