Our KONE Bratislava team is looking for a Processing agent with German language. Processing agent will be working closely with KONE colleagues abroad on creating customers, equipment, contracts or billing documents in our system and manage and update the data. You will be part of a great team of professionals who work together to improve the flow of urban life. What will you do? MS Office package knowledge (so you can do your daily tasks) German –B2 level (so you can understand legal documents) ENGLISH – B2 level (so you can grow within the organization and attend trainings) Great Communication skills (so you can communicate will stakeholders) Problem solving skills (so you can find solutions to obstacles that come your way) Precision and eye for detail (so the legal folder is in its top state) Positive mindset and Team player spirit (so you can become a valued member of the team) Open to challenges (so you can grow personally and professionally) What do we offer you? We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.450 EUR/gross , but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience. University degree or relevant experience in the field of administration/procurement support MS Office package knowledge (at least user level of MS Excel) English and German language - min.
