Job Description: Business Overview   The Technology Platforms Division (TPD) drives the growth of Rakuten's ecosystem by delivering innovative, high-quality technology platforms characterized by integrated control and strategic partnerships.    Within TPD, the Cloud Platform Supervisory Department (CPSD) develops and manages Rakuten's state-of-the-art cloud platform, empowering global scalability and accelerating innovation across its diverse business units.    Department Overview The Cloud Platform Enablement Department (CPED) drives Rakuten Group's global infrastructure strategy by building and operating a robust private cloud platform and supporting public cloud environments. We empower application engineers to build reliable and scalable systems while ensuring unified support and consistent quality across all departments. 　   Position :   Why W e H ire   We are planning to strengthen our structure and increase the number of senior engineers as leader candidates for system expansion. We are looking for colleagues to join us in building systems that are directly involved in the mobile business, which is a key focus for Rakuten.   　   Position Details   Infrastructure development, management, and operation tasks for systems used by Rakuten Mobile store staff and partner companies:   - Continuous performance tuning and capacity planning   - Efficiency improvements through automation   - System failure response   - Collaboration with stakeholders   - Evaluation of new technologies and planning/execution for departmental implementation     Work Environment   We primarily use the on-premises internal cloud environment.     Mandatory Qualifications :   - Proven experience in Windows Server design, implementation, and operation (5+ years)   - Hands-on experience with Active Directory (5+ years)   - Practical experience in project management or team leadership (3+ years)   - Experience in developing or operating Web systems   - Experience in creating and operating scripts using Bash/Python, etc.   　   Desired Qualifications :   - Practical experience in Linux server design, construction, and operation   - Experience in designing, developing, and operating authentication/authorization systems (especially related to SSO)   - Experience in operating container and application platforms   - Curiosity and a challenging spirit towards new services and technologies   　   Others Information:   A dditional information on Location   Rakuten Crim son House   #engineer #infrastructureengineer #technologyplatformdiv #RakutenMobile   Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
