Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The purpose of this role is to lead A&H and drive sustainable profitable growth by providing strategic and operational leadership ensuring governance, legal and regulatory oversight. The role involves developing and executing the underwriting and portfolio strategies, delivering the product’s financial plan with the country teams, delivering underwriting technical excellence, creating the best-in-class value proposition and maintaining strong partners and customer relationships. The Opportunity: Develop and communicate a strategic plan for sustainable profitable growth Lead the underwriting team to ensure risk quality and proper insurance to value Foster a collaborative approach to growing the business with multiple stakeholders. Develop and maintain risk appetite and underwriting guidelines following regulations. Your new role: Leverage technical expertise to expand customer base in collaboration with Distribution, Marketing, IT and Operations Drive standardization of underwriting across all A&H products and territories. Capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement on products, value propositions, processes, systems, and the customer journey. Build and maintain internal and external relationships. Develop sustainable underwriting and distribution operations for all A&H products. About you: Underwriting experience in a senior role. Experience managing a general insurance business.
