Підготовка документації та забезпечення її доставки Замовникам. Контроль своєчасного повернення документів. Контроль оплати замовниками виконаних робіт. Контроль дебіторської заборгованості, комунікація із Замовниками щодо недопущення / стягнення дебіторської заборгованості. Підготовка тендерної документації та проведення переговорів із Замовниками щодо пролонгації та зміни вартості контрактів. Підготовка договорів на ТО і ремонти. Організація документообігу: облік та зберігання листів, наказів, журналів та іншої документації, що відноситься до комерційної та виробничої діяльності відділення.
